Late Seating In an effort to reduce the number of empty seats at sold-out performances, the Mercyhurst Institute for Arts & Culture is implementing the following late seating policy for its 2019-20 MIAC Live season. At 7:15 p.m., any unclaimed will call tickets will be released to patrons waiting in the cancellation line. At 7:25 p.m., any unoccupied seats will be resold. No refunds or exchanges will be offered to ticketholders. If you anticipate arriving after 7:15 p.m., please call the box office (814-824-3000) at your earliest convenience.
